Heather began her real estate career with Ron in 2007 and learned the business by holding many positions in the company from office manager to marketing, event coordinator, before acquiring a real estate license and being promoted to investment specialist to help clients grow their portfolio. Real estate was a family affair early in her life as she helped her father manage his own real estate portfolio and quickly became passionate about the power of real estate after hearing Ron present.

Heather has personally mentored over 800 clients to help them achieve an increase in cash flow of over $5.2 million since becoming an investment specialist in 2011. Heather loves helping her clients grow their portfolios while she actively increases her own impressive real estate portfolio.

Lacey was introduced to real estate by her father. He had built a few homes in her childhood for other family members. Being intrigued at the building process and the small details to make it work, Lacey spent many days (and even nights) sitting with her family to watch them create a masterpiece!

About eight years ago, Lacey began taking more interest in Real Estate. She loved hearing stories from a close friend and real estate appraiser and learning how people could add value to their homes. It seemed to put a spark in her. So, when she heard about a job opening at RP Capital, it seemed like the perfect choice. Her experience at RP Capital quickly went from a college job to a career. She connected immediately with the company’s core values in a very deep and personal way; Loyalty, Own It, Integrity, and Fun. She had always wanted to work for a company that is honest and loyal, yet creates a fun environment.

She has seen first hand the loyalty and integrity Ron embodies as the owner of RP Capital, and that solidified her loyalty and passion for her work. Over the years, she has learned more about real estate and is convinced it is the best investment out there. She can’t wait to own her first investment property!

ASHLEY SEIBER

Ashley’s interest in real estate comes from seeing the life changing affect it has had in her family. Her father’s hard work and personal success has inspired her. Over the years she has watched him help and teach others to become successful through real estate. She joined RP Capital in 2018, to begin her own real estate journey. She loves learning and growing with the company. She wants to use the knowledge she’s gaining to one day have her own investments.

When she’s not working she loves to write, go to the beach and spend time with friends and family.

My wife and I started investing in real estate in 2011 when we were first introduced to Ron. We’ve had great success with our properties! So much so, that I wanted to come join the RP Capital team a few years ago. I love helping others accomplish their goals through real estate investing!

When I’m not talking about investment properties, I enjoy playing most sports. Basketball, golf, and snowboarding are the ones I get to do most often, but I also love watching my kids in their soccer games!

Rebecca joined RP Capital in early 2020, bringing years of experience in business leadership and building client relations. Her interest in real estate quickly became a passion as she learned that RP Capital’s investment opportunities could provide a personal path to reaching financial freedom. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and helping them to achieve their financial goals.

Rebecca’s most cherished moments are those spent with her husband and three children. She loves to share her children’s achievements in sports and music and enjoys the great outdoors.

BRENDAN SEIBER

Brendan just recently joined the RP Capital team in July of this year after transition from a seven and half year career in the Army. Over the last two years of being married to his wife, Ashley, he has witnessed how investment real estate has benefited her family with the valuable asset of time. Starting a family of his own, he and his wife are excited to dive into the world of investment real estate for themselves and be around to see their first child grow this year instead of spending much of his work days away with work.

The move to RP Capital was such an easy choice for him because he instantly aligned with the company core values of integrity and owning it. These values resonated with him, as they’ve been all too hard to find during his journey to a new career. He is very excited to begin working with new clients and helping them in the road to greater financial freedom!

MICHELLE OSTROM

After a meeting with their traditional financial advisor, Michelle and her husband realized they needed to look to other options to build wealth if they were ever to retire. So the four month search for alternative options began. After vetting different wealth building strategies and companies, Michelle landed on real estate and RP Capital. For the following three years she studied real estate markets, deal structures, tax saving strategies, asset protection and portfolio growth. Throughout this whole journey Michelle kept in contact with her Property Specialist at RP Capital who was there to answer questions, offer suggestions, and support as challenges arose.

In Michelle’s words, “My Property Specialist became a friend and mentor that exhibited a true heart of service by sharing her time and expertise to help us learn how to use real estate to reach our financial goals.”

So when Michelle had the opportunity to become part of the RP Capital team, she jumped at the chance to help and guide others on a realistic path to financial freedom. Her goal is to assist her clients find their own path to passive income through rental properties, tax savings, and portfolio growth.

Prior to real estate Michelle was a Labor Market Analyst for the State of Minnesota and home schooled her five children. She loves family meals, playing games and warm sunny days at the lake.
